Diablo's Southwest Grill

I have had a 5-star review posted for over a year, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. This location has been declining in quality lately. Initially, there were delays in preparing the taco salad bowls. Now, they are often available but burnt from old grease. The lettuce was also poorly chopped, almost inedible. On my last two visits, they were out of spicy chicken and today they only had tofu and pork at 1:30, which is still lunchtime. I want to support this place, but the food quality is impacting my stomach. The staff is always polite, although one server was a bit stingy with portions today. My first time dining at this restaurant was a great experience. My husband recommended the Steak Bowl and it did not disappoint. It was delicious!

The food was hot and delicious. The quesadilla was amazing and the queso was served promptly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
