We loved to exchange with Franck and Cybele on their journey that brought them to gambais, their projects and their vision of good eating and drinking. Everything is consistent in this nature antre and one feels in each dish the will to sublimate and make discover the taste of simplicity subtly associated with Cybele's inventiveness. What about the pear conference associated with a potato sorbet... a killing????? Franck has given us a desire to taste nature and live wines. In order not to spoil the service is impeccable, without chichi but with small care.
