Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I placed an online order on Sunday evening. The driver went to the wrong hotel, which I only found out later. I called the restaurant and was told I needed to go pick it up. I waited in the lobby, but my order wasn't there, and the reception had no information. The driver called again, stating he couldn't locate the hotel, even though I mentioned that it was across the street. Eventually, he found it, and I received my order. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm, but I ate it because I was hungry. I'm not sure if I'll order delivery from them again.

I decided to order a pizza for takeout from this restaurant, and as I was casually turning into the parking lot, my tire popped due to the height of the curb. I didn’t even hit the curb; the slope and height are evident in the pictures I took. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm on vacation and now have to call a mobile tire service at 11 p.m. The pizza itself was decent, but what’s the point if I can’t enjoy it at my destination? I will be reaching out to corporate or seeking legal advice if I’m not compensated appropriately for this inconvenience.

The 14-inch pizza I ordered was actually only 12 inches, and it was a three-topping option for $7.99. I chose beef, cheese, and spinach, but I had to remove the spinach because it was too expensive. The pizza had an excessive amount of sauce—9 inches—and only 7 inches of beef. I also requested that the pizza be cut into squares for easier packing in my lunch containers, but they cut it into triangles instead. This is the third time this has happened to me.

The customer service was quite disappointing! The woman who answered the phone was rude and unable to provide clear answers to my simple questions regarding a price change on my order. She rushed through my call and seemed very irritated.

I ordered cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeños, but I only received regular cheesy bread. The thin crust pizza was also not prepared correctly. I attempted to contact them to express my concerns, but I couldn't reach them by phone.
