Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

11/2/21 8:30pm Pit stop on a long drive up from South Jersey. I went up to order a couple of food items and a beverage so I wouldn't feel bad using the bathroom. There was a young and elderly man working the night shift. I can't believe how incrediblyaloof and disrespectful the younger cashier was. A for attitude. I ended up just using your bathroom because I won't providebusiness to someone who projects their own frustrations out on someone who's just asking for coffee, a donut, and a bagel.Worked at many Starbucks locations in my time and I've never met any cashier so miserable. As someone who visits this restaurant daily, we have observed a consistent decrease in cleanliness and service at this establishment. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, the seating areas are not properly maintained, and service slows down significantly when ordering ice cream or food. Orders are often incorrect, and it is frustrating that the staff struggles with the English language. It is perplexing how this coffee shop does not offer lemons for tea when other Dunkin' Donuts stores in the area do.

The restaurant was unsanitary and the staff was rude. It was a terrible experience. Today, the cashier hurried me and my children, and refused to help me get a spoon for the ice cream my children needed. When we sat down, another employee started sweeping right in front of us, creating dust. I asked him to stop while we were sitting, but he only pointed to other tables as if I should move elsewhere. Overall, it was an unsanitary and rude experience.

I have visited this restaurant several times and each time has been a terrible experience. The two women at the register are extremely rude. They interrupt customers and other staff members. Sam and a young man making sandwiches are the only friendly people here. They are helpful, kind, and generous. I hope that the management will address the behavior of the two women.

Just came from this Dunkin, not only did they get our order wrong and wouldn?t take initiative and responsibility on getting the order wrong.not only did they over priced on us on an order that shouldn?t be $20, the customer service is horrendous. Themanager is yelling at us instead of trying to help. Never going to this Dunkin again.
