Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

From today, they lost an everyday customer. I even called corporate and made a complaint. You don't follow what I'm doing on the mobile app or the speaker. I asked the new girl to fix my drink in the right way, she said I didn't make it. I said, okay, but correct it, I pay extra carmel, and what not, it should be like I order it. But to give the customer an attitude because, I asked them to fix it, I don't take that. It's not hard to work this job honestly. And people expect to get $15???? but can't follow directions. I tried to call the store to talk to managers before they call companies, but they don't answer the phone.

I have no idea what the problem is. as many people, I use the journey through. I wait for a longer time until someone acknowledges me and takes my order. 99% of the time I'm the only one in the line! Why do I wait for 3 to 4 minutes to order a coffee? I'm not there in peak times. I could see that I have to wait every moment. but everything? I think they'll lose my business.

The driver through servers are extremely rude my coffee was not even filled and had no suger in it. The servers should be nice and polite and know how to make the drinks the costumers ask for. Needs new staff and new costumer service training. Never will go there again!

Service was horrible. Lady that work there. At the drive thru was nasty and mean and had an attitude problem. My mom had a coupon and the lady snatched it out of her hand and gave us dirty look. She also was screaming for no reason.

I've went here a few times. Order an iced green and they give me ice tea every time. I said something and they swear it's green tea. I know this is like odd, but I think they just don't know what green tea is?
