Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This must be the most beautiful dunkin I've ever been. There is never a long line and people are super fast and have the most beautiful customer service. Although this place like 5 miles from my house is always worth it. I can charge my phone while I sit and the coffee and the drinks are fantastic. There was a day when one of the employees accidentally messed up my order, but she was very worried about her mistake and was very apologetic about it and she gave me a free drink to make sure what was very nice. This is also the perfect place to warm up when it is too cold outside to wait for the silver line and it is very warm. I really love this place.

I stopped by this Dunkin' while waiting for my hotel transfer to the airport. The service was efficient, and the line moved quickly. I ordered a cup of original coffee and a Boston Kreme donut, both of which were tasty. I highly recommend this Dunkin' if you're in the Chelsea area!

They short of help in afternoon to evening need more help they get busy on drive thru but on counter to order need extra body when they are 3 employee there with supervision where is the night store Mgr when they need help this store 3 store Mgr every location

Everything is good overall, but sometimes on Sunday afternoons, they seem rushed and end up doing things you didn't ask for. If you mention it, they can get upset.
