Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I've been visiting this restaurant for several years, but I've noticed that the service has declined this year. When I requested a refill for my Dunkin' Donuts card, they took my money but wiped out my existing balance. I've also received the wrong order several times. While the staff is friendly, it seems to me that miscommunication arises from them not always fully understanding what is being said. For example, when I went there yesterday to order a cup of coffee, I was mistakenly given tea instead.

The women?s bathroom was broken. The staff told me to used the mens bathroom instead. It was disgusting ???? It was only 8:00 am in the morning. It?s obvious that they don?t clean the bathrooms often. It?s not a clean store at all will not order here again????????

I go out of my way to stop here, very happy with the crew working the morning shift,

Staff were welcoming. Place was clean and service was pretty quick!
