Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I?ve been here three times. I don?t like to give negative reviews but this place warrants one. I?ve had the same girl serve me each time. She was short staffed and asked for a couple of minutes for a bathroom break upon my arrival to order. I get it. Noproblem here. I happily waited. She?s in a tough spot. Not upset. She finished and came out of the bathroom quicker thanexpected. I heard a flush and immediately the door opened. She went over to the sink and I had a sigh of relief thinking she wasgoing to prepare my order with unwashed hands. Then she did the ?quickly rinse.? It was downhill from there. She was rude thefirst two times but I have come to understand that it?s her personality. H...

So it?s this older married couple that work there. They couldn?t be more rude or unwelcoming. As bad as I want coffee, I will literally sit in the McDonald?s drive thru across the street for 20 minutes rather than encounter these 2. Why should I givethem my money if they are going to be rude. They have never been nice and they never smile. Not once.

I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed with the result. There was hardly any espresso in my drink, and as a former Dunkin' employee, I can say this isn't acceptable.

I really enjoy Dunkin, but this particular location is disappointing. I ordered a caramel latte, and the coffee tasted burnt. An hour after drinking it, I felt extremely unwell.

The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. Their iced coffee is fantastic! I find myself stopping by almost every day. This is definitely my favorite place to visit.
