"There were only 3 girls there and they did a great job with everything. I have a big refresher, 2 frozen chocolate ice cream mochas and a bagel with cream cheese. All the ladies were down. Customer service was excellent."

Today my first visit to this place was and I am disappointed with the customer service. The operator on the drive thru was rude and condescending. I was greeted with Welcome to Dunkin, to whom I replied, thank you. Welcome to Dunkin was repeated, so I asked if I could give up my order, not sure that the operator could hear me speak. The operator then informed me that welcome to Dunkin apparently means that he is ready to take my order. Silly me, I thought welcome to Dunkin meant that I was received with pleasure and hospitality. I informed the operator of my ignorance of the importance and then placed my order (sausage, egg, and cheese begal and a sequence of the Hasbrowns). The operator did...
It?s a shame this store is so bad because this is a really convenient location. I think this is the most consistently disappointing Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Many of the workers are so hostile, even at times of day when there?s no lines and no visible reasons why service should be bad. Most of the time, your drink order is so wrong it?s almost laughable. Like, getting a cup of milky watered down coffee grounds instead of the iced coffee you ordered, bad. But the main reason why I won?t go back here is that I?ve gotten drinks and food that are so actively gross, I think they could make people sick. I?ve gotten super burned bagels, lukewarm cream cheese, drinks that taste really bitter and ?of...
The drink was deliciously better than expected. When I arrived at the facility, the doors were closed, I didn't understand why it was at 5:00 in the evening, but the young lady opened the door and let me in. Customer service was ok/nice and the countertop where you order and place your drink was not to clean.
Hallelujah! The Dunkin on Knott's Abbott seems to be fluent in English! What a relief! I thought I was in the twilight zone! South Lake is either flirting with the guys in the store or they need additional help with language skills. I'm sorry I went there, but I'm tired of paying for a filled order.
