Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I absolutely hate this Dunkin' Donuts that's located in Maplewood off of County Road D and 61. They are freaking very rude. I came in to order a coffee and because they don't have enough people to help out and serve the line was all the way out the parking lot and the lady that waited on me was very rude. Didn't have any patience because I had a couple of questions because I am a restricted diet when it comes to dairy and I just wanted to make sure the product didn't have any dairy in it, so I would never ever recommend anyone going to this place of business and I would not spend my money with him ever again. One drive thru lane coned off Went inside waited with another customer for three to five minutes before they noticed us/came to counter to take orders Gal new to cash register Had first customer swipe cc twice as a result I ordered 2 drinks Out of mix for one of two Asked for refund Took two clerks and the manager to provide that two me Second clerk spoke down to me and acted as though it was an inconvenience to her that I wasn’t willing to take a substitute drink in place of refund

Waited at counter without being greeted for several minutes. When greeted was made to feel like an inconvenience. I know we are all understaffed but communication or even a brief hello I 'll be with you shortly goes a long way. It was also so cold on there, people took their things to go as it was too cold to sit down and enjoy.

The manager is very very rude. He made my order wrong and when I asked to change my order, he complained I touched the food. How am I supposed to know my food was wrong. Stay away this place.

Love Dunkin, kind of just a dumpy location to sit at. Had the chorizo wrap, super good. A bit too expensive.
