Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Came in for a macchiato, but I like to add adjustments to mine. When I asked for said adjustments they just flat out said no. Pretty rude and incompetent. Was literally just replacing x for y but whatever. Went to Starbucks where they gladly accommodated????????

Made my coffee too light, asked to purchase a second shot of espresso and I would add it in myself and the girl ignored and put my top on the dirty counter and then placed that top on my coffee ? disgusting will not return

The bagels and muffins at this restaurant are not fresh, as they are always assumed to be toasted, resulting in a hard and dry texture.

Service is okay , I highly recommend employees to wear hair net there. As I found a hair on a twisted bagel I ordered today!
