Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This morning was the worst experience ive ever had. I go to this dunkin donuts everyday, at the same time. The app and website says it opens at 5am. When i ordered my food and got in the drive thru with multiple other cars by 520ish, no employee was in the store. Unfortunately since i already paid and had work i couldnt stay and wait until someone decided they wanted to work. I just called the store to get this taken care of and they said they couldnt help me because the store doesnt open until 6, when the website says 5. Then she asks for my name and says she still cant do anything because i could be lying. There needs to be someway for them to realize they screwed up, they want to promote...
