This place reminds you to never judge a book by its cover. It’s tiny, older and nondescript, not the type of place you’d expect to find bone marrow or chicken fried escargot on the menu. Eagle is known for their burgers but there’s a lot more to them than that. The Calamari appetizer is fantastic besting seafood restaurants right on the water. And those burgers, sure you can find places with options like elk, buffalo and lamb just didn’t expect it in Joplin Mo. Our server was awesome and the prices in-line with the high quality. blown away from this restaurant. even if they are packed, their service is fast. but also eating would be worth a long wait. their burgers are huge, well-designed and perfectly cooked and their friends are from this world. I recommend the blackened salmon burger if they are not hungry enough for the eagle burger.

I ride in the rule through jopin 1-2 times a year. I always make a point to stop here. their burgers are kreatiw and tasty. there is something for everyone. the knochenmark is also delicious (not shown) happy that covid does not turn off the place.

Great little burger joint. Very good food. There was a bit of a wait and we had to sit outside on picnic bench's because they were so full. It's a small place but gets extremely busy. Can't wait to go back and try another burger.

Food was just as awesome as usual! Hot and fresh and so good. House made jalapeño margaritas and some of the best burgers and poutine in town!
