I am not a fan of vegetarian burgers/vegans because I find the dried cakes in general. I returned to this beautifully decorated and sleek restaurant where we are welcomed. The menu is simple and clear and also offers the option to choose the vegan beef steak from the Beyond Méat brand. I left for the Mayo Truffle served with a tofu cake and mushrooms, where the server confirmed that it is a good choice, I love mushrooms so let’s go! A great discovery! The burguers are harmonious, the fresh and balanced ingredients, the bread is simply delicious! Frankly everything we're looking for in a burger worthy of this name! That's the good recipe for a good evening! A very quiet little room, a large team! Welcoming and hyper listening, they are really the one who guides you and advises you! Just opened this week, this place is a godsend for vegans looking for a quick and filling meal. Range of vegan burgers on offer, all cooked fresh, with salads and sweets to complement. I had the aubergine one delicious. Cosy setting too. Above at, had the friendliest of welcomes you’ll feel at home. Great start guys!
