Einstein Bros Bagels

My family and I used to visit this restaurant 2 to 3 times a month for breakfast and brunch. We always felt welcomed by the cheerful staff preparing our food. However, during my last visit, I experienced a significant decrease in the usual quality of service. I had to wait twice as long for my order, there was no coffee available, and they forgot to prepare one of our sandwiches correctly, despite me confirming the specific way we wanted it made. This was extremely disappointing, and I suspect there has been a change in management.

I would give 5 star for the bagel, the main reason i am giving 2 star 1. Most of the bagel run out quickly , almost every day of the week. I understand that the bagels are good, but when you notice a pattern you should do something to fix it 2. Long wait time during weekends. Most staff here dont follow a proper order, i have had to wait upwards of 45 minutes . 3. Cream Cheese/ Schmear on the bagel (that you pay for) has been significantly cut , you hardly see it . Most of the time we just buy an additional box of schmear

Very friendly staff, quick service. The restaurant is very clean. Have the Lox Bagel, who was very tasty, generous portion of Lox. Bagel was fresh and delicious. Recommend this location. Only one head up when you eat your dining room at this point is closed.

Rich and good quality food. In contrast, in other places the bagels feel old and hard as if they were made the day before. On the other hand, at Einstein Bros Bagel they are delicious and feel like they are made from day to day, I just love it

I’ve been going to Einstein’s Bagel for decades in the West Coast. First time at this location, and I’m beyond disappointed. The service is slow and the people are rude. I recommend the food, but you gotta go to a different location!
