El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

I came to the store on Sunday at 5:00 to pick up my online order. I was out at 6:20. No one apologised for the long waiting period and when I asked them who the manager is at the location, every Spanish began to speak and no one came to give me the name. This location is terrible and if you take care of your time and money, stay away from this place.

They did pretty good and were quick, but they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. Update July 2022: I appreciate that El Pollo Loco responded to my review. I have to emphasize that we have been coming to this location for a long time and still come to this location often and they have usually been great.

I could not really order because it was closed... how late you actually close, it seems that this place closes EARLY ALL THE TIME. 10, 20, 30 MIN. EARLY SOMETIMES. it would be nice if a restaurant stays on schedule so I can plan. I'm working Grave Shift at a place that's stuck at the posted time. Thank you.

Good food, but the employees ruin the experience with their bad attitudes. The workers say evil things about you thinking in Spanish They don't know their language. Yeah, we heard that lady.

The most tasty food ever. Who the creator of recipes is obviously not knowing how to cook, have you ever heard of spices? This is a place I wouldn't even recommend white people.
