El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered the double chicken tostada with no beans and no rice. It was good, the chicken was a little dry but the dressing made up for it. I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was descent too, but filled me up. The chips and guacamole was good too. It?s a fast food restaurant so I didn?t expect much but it was still a solid drive thru eating experience.

The tortillas and sides at this restaurant were excellent, but I was disappointed by the 3-piece Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo. The chicken was cold, and it didn't taste fresh. This was a letdown for me, as I have never experienced this in my 30+ years of eating at El Pollo. I hope it was just a one-time occurrence.

The restaurant consistently gets 4 out of 5 orders wrong, regardless of whether it's through Door Dash, drive-thru, or walk-in. Perhaps they should consider lowering their prices to reflect their subpar service. This time, my order was missing the guacamole, but at least I received the chips.

the Chicken Taco al Carbon was beyond my expectations, possibly the best deal Ive seen all year. the chicken was grilled perfectly and complimented by the onions and cilantro. its my new favorite.

I do not recommend the chicken bowl. It was like a bowl of mush with no white meat chicken.
