Elmas Turkish And Mediterranean Cuisine

This is my first restaurant review ever. I felt compelled to write it after trying Elmas today. I had heard great things about it, so I went with very high expectations and was not disappointed. In fact, I was treated by a taste explosion! The food and service were exceptional! I treated myself with an appetizer sampler platter with vegetarian Turkish delicacies, followed by another sampler platter as the main course with four types of fresh, tender, and juicy chicken and lamb kabobs, each with a distinct divine taste of its own. HIDDEN GEM ???? this place is absolutely amazing. The flavors are insane. The pork chop chicken were perfectly cooked. Hummus was incredible and even the water tasted better. The owner and staff made me this Cali kid feel like family. If you are within 50 miles of this place you should treat yourself. You won't be disappointed ???? Promise!!!

Delicious! Fresh ingredients, very nice staff. My husband and I are on a very long road trip, and we were craving a healthy meal. Elma's did not disappoint! (The photo shows the Mediterranean Salad with a skewer of chicken, I had actually already eaten some of it when I took the pic, sorry! And the best baklava I have ever had in my life ?

Great service, very friendly staff and management. They have hands down one of the beet Kebab I have in a while. The meat was very tendered and grilled perfectly. The grilled chicken was very good as well. The cold appetizers were not that good except for the Hummus. Prices are decent and below average for such an establishment.
