Terrible customer service when confronted them with a barcode found in my guests empanada during a large catering event. Everyone says to give the manager feedback and an opportunity to make it right so that is exactly what I did. Instead of taking ownership, apologizing refunding our empanada order he proceeded to cut me off, insinuate I was lying by explaining the doubt and disbelief he had. He first told me the barcode looks like it is from fruit and he does not serve fruit. Then the food is run through a food processor so there is NO WAY this could happen. The staff was so accommodating to our large party. We were a group of 9 with 2 young ones. The server was great to let us have our platters served family style with all the proteins and sides on large plates to save room and ease of serving.They have a great selection of carbonated drinks that goes great with the food they serve.Sardines were perfectly seasoned. I wasn't a fan of the beef ribs, but the rest of my group enjoyed it. The grilled Branzino was the star of the meal. Thinly sliced and fried fresh garlic added to the Broccoli Rabe added such a great flavour.Portions are massive. Be prepared to bring home leftovers! Tried to order for a big group at work and wouldn't work on separating the order . Lost a big order and customer forever . What ever happen with customer service she wasn't willing to even listen to what I needed

I wanted to love it the place smelled good but I’m sorry the rice lacks flavor I grew up eating authentic Portuguese food this didn’t compare. The chicken was not bad and the fries were crispy.
