Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

get drinks half full, has not burger, as desired with certain items. no wobble on the chili dog asked, they were all where. went thru the drive thru, good what I am an honest person, received everything before I pay. only checked to ensure that all order was there, paid and left. the manager said he would send our money back to report the post. I never got that. bad service all around. I talked to many friends, pretty much the same experience. Bad, because I really like eating.

Given this Freddys multiple chances because we have always had great luck from Longmont location and Thornton. But Greeley?s freddys just can?t seem to get a even a SINGLE order correct, very disappointing. Burgers came pretty much plain and nothing really on them. One didn?t even come with bacon, and the other was completely opposite of what was ordered. Added pictures of receipt and food from this order. Will not be returning to this location ever.

I visited a freddy’s in nebraska a past and was not impressed by the food. but my family wanted to go and since it was a few years and I was in another condition, I decided to try it again. there was no difference. the food was still unimpressive. but I have to say that the service was great, and that's why I rated it at a point.

eating was pretty good. the audio system that you need to communicate with the vehicles in the running gear needs an upgrade. I could hardly understand the participant and I could say that she had difficulty hearing me. but eating was good. I'm back!

this freddy has always made me good, but today has blown me absolutely out of the water! I had forgotten my wallet that went through the drive today and everyone was so helpful! the general manager of this load is an excellent person! many thanks!
