I went to this place on 03/27/22 and despite them forgetting utensils to go to one that is low and they are always busy, but with Smiles on their faces and move quickly to keep customers satisfied!. I must admit how the MANAGER NICK WAS ATTENTIVE to MY NEED WAS AWESOME. He is a great leader/manager for kindness, so thank you for him and I wish every manager could be like him. Best customer service I give is at this location!! Even the employees were spectacular. From the time they say hi, how can they help make a customer happy! This is my favorite restaurant now lol. Keep the good work Nick and his team on!!!
I was in this restaurant a few times and the service is always fast, efficient and warming. What people need to remember is that we are still in a pandemic and a shortage of work. Servers, managements and chefs do the best they can in these difficult times. Let's try to give them mercy. Thank you to the manager Nick that you make our visit very pleasant and meet our needs. He was so nice! Waitress Jen was AMAZING!!!! Please give her an increase!!
This was my first trip to friendly’s in years. Didn’t love the food but our waitress was phenomenal! Destiny went above and beyond for our family. She was kind, patient, and accommodating. I didn’t like the pasta I originally ordered she took it off the bill and made sure my replacement was just the way I wanted. Destiny checked on us multiple times while we we there. Destiny was by far the best service we’ve received in a long time.
I brought my kids to dinner tonight. It's a year or so since we were at Friendly, and we had a great experience. The food and ice came out quickly and was exactly what we had ordered. Our waitress, Jennifer, was a doll. It was efficient and did not disappear long as we have experienced it in the past. She was nice and got our order right.
