A cozy place that is fantastic for Japanese cuisine, especially cheap sashimi and rolls! The interior is lovingly decorated by the ceiling screens hanging down) on the screens between the tables, but note that the dining area is limited. We went on a weekend evening right before 7:00 and there was no waiting time together with many parking spaces. At 8 a.m. there were people in the waiting area and just a parking lot. I would recommend to enjoy for dinner on a weekday of 5 a.m. to their dinner Bento boxes, which only for Dine in. this place is amazing, the total quality of food and service was remarkable. our order came extremely fast, while other restaurants come about 30-25 minutes for their order, but this place has no problem with it at all. it only took about 5-7 minutes to have our food ready. on the service was the design of the place amazing! they had so many details on the walls and even on the deck! they had carefully designed sunshades down to make the deck look much better. the food was great too! next time they come by, don't underestimate.

This place is AMAZING. Let's be real here it's hard to find a Japanese restaurant with JAPANESE servers. Normally you'll encounter Chinese servers or even Korean or Taiwanese. This is just me, I love this place because of that. When a Japanese restaurant is run by Japanese, you'll know your food will be authentic, taken seriously, and will taste like the real deal. Take my word for it, trust me, I've searched everywhere in NY and I FINALLY found one! Almost everything is hand made. Even the miso soup is hand made

back to lunch! the qualification remains the same! the first time here. it is a Japanese own restaurant. So, I didn't care about the taste and quality. it offers a wide selection of ramen, soba, udon, to the many number of donburi. They also offer alcoholic beverages. my son had a Kirin draft.... service was great and prompt. the staff are also friendly and helpful. I'm back. in any case.

Excellent authentic Japanese food. We really like this place's atmosphere. The wait staff is attentive. Price is moderate for this neighborhood. Ramen and sushi are the best choices. Decor are fun, located in an old firehouse.
