Fujiya Ramen - Reservar uma mesa

So, I convinced my family to dine at Fujiya Ramen tonight because of the positive Google Reviews. Big mistake; I should 've checked Yelp. Being Japanese myself, I can say with complete conviction that the noodle soup I ordered was absolutely NOT authentic Japanese ramen, despite the very Japanese name of the restaurant. The overpriced tonkotsu ramen was incredibly flavorless; the broth had no hint of being prepared with pork bones or kombu, which gives real Japanese ramen its creaminess, depth and flavor. I got a few hours ago chicken roast rice and kokosmilchtee. the fried rice was really salty and tasteless. Although chicken meat is called rice, there was hardly a chicken in it. only tear, a little bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit. it was too salty that I drank almost half a gallon water after eating. the cocose was okay, but far overpriced. it was $7,5 (pretax.) it tasted just like the type of cocos milk that they get from dealer joes with tons sugar. I am still shocked that people serve this type of food in a decent restaurant. I gave 4 stars for the service. service was good.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredible, the hostess is incredibly friendly, and I always leave feeling satisfied. I can't stop recommending this place to everyone I know and I frequently bring my friends and coworkers here. There's nothing quite like enjoying a bowl of hot ramen, whether it's a chilly day or a warm one. This is my go-to spot for any kind of celebration, outing, or even just a casual night out. I visit almost every week and the hostess knows my order by heart at this point.

we needed the last minute change for the college party of my patensons of 40 people and they did a great job that was excellent advertising we had a ball! Many thanks for the great hospitality, although all night!

It was okay. the staff was very friendly. eating is simple, nothing from this world.
