Fujiya Ramen - Reservar uma mesa

I visited Fujiya Ramen with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience fell a bit short. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, but the food didn't quite live up to the hype. The ramen broth was flavorful, but the noodles were slightly overcooked and had no salt at all. We had to ask for salt on the side to be able to eat. The crispy pork was tasty. The pork buns were yummy but cold.The litchi cocktail was amazing, everything else we tried wasn’t worth the money.On the positive side, the appetizers we ordered were quite tasty and all dishes were on the pricey side for the portion sizes. However, given the many ramen options in Pittsburgh, I don't think I'll be rushing...

With many delicious imported drinks and specialty drinks, there's no lack of options to satisfy your tastes. The food was served hot and fresh, giving so many unique and interesting flavor combinations that you can't get from prepackaged ramen. The atmosphere is lovely, with empty bottles of sake and other drinks lining the walls there is more than enough to look at. With good food, drink, and atmosphere, it's somewhere you will think about long after you leave.

I love this place. Come hungry, the portions are 'uuuge! I usually get the spicy miso ramen. Today, I decided to get the Curry for the first time. Oh it was good! It was perfect!Try to make it for happy hour if you can, it is a great deal.

These were the best noodles I’ve had in the city! The atmosphere of this spot is great. That combined with the amazing food, super personable staff, and interesting drinks make it 10/5 stars in my book!

Tonkotsu ramen broth has good flavor but isn't as thick as you might want. They have great drinks here, ranging from tea to sake. I love sitting at a table by the open window when possible.
