Gene's Fine Food - Reservar uma mesa

This is a decent little burger, chicken, fish, and sandwich spot located in the metropolitan area of Union, SC. The first thing that caught my attention was a truck in the parking lot featuring a big chicken in the bed. The service was friendly and not bad at all. The place had a charming 80s vibe, and while the bathrooms were a bit worn, I felt comfortable using them. The Philly Steak sub was absolutely fantastic.

The prices were quite high, and the hamburgers we received were cold. Additionally, we discovered two hairs in the chicken wings. When we mentioned this to the woman at the register, she didn't seem to care and didn't offer any form of compensation. We definitely won't be returning.

The food was quite good. My friend had the fried steak, and I ordered a large burger with a special sauce. We both really enjoyed our meals, and the prices were reasonable. It's definitely a nice spot for a family in a small town. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The building itself isn't very impressive, so I recommend looking past that and giving this place a try. They serve large, juicy burgers at reasonable prices. It's a classic combination of a great burger and fries. I really enjoyed my meal there!

I'm sorry to say that the quality of the food at this restaurant has declined. I used to eat here for years, but it's just not the same anymore.
