my partner and I enjoyed tasting some new dishes that were really delicious. the service was attentive and professional. it was also nice to see an open fire as we entered the restaurant. a pleasant evening, which is worth repeating.

we went with our daughter, eating was nice, especially the bread and marmite butter! the illuminated fire made the pub feel welcoming and cozy. personal friendly.

sitting in the garden enjoying the mild autumn sunshine, we had delicious halibut and lentils and beef between us and apple pie. Perfect!

I feel the food wasn’t as tasty as previous times. Sunday roast. I’d say just over average, nothing special. Wouldn’t rush back
