On the other day, I had the opportunity to dinate with George Trois from Chef Michael Lachowicz. As always, the meal was perfect and the execution was perfect in the vicinity. I came in for the Périgord truffle tasting and I can tell you that all 9 courses have thrown me away, my favorite was the Roasted Breast of Duck, the truffle Royale bleeding my mind and the truffles and foie grass Ravioli was powerful and tender at the same time. The service staff are as knowledgeable as the boss, I had wines paired with each dish and each pairing was on the point, even you never feel like you are being deceived, they are there when needed and everything happens like magic, always make yourself welcome...
