I just want to say that by far this has been one of the best experiences that I?ve had at a restaurant. Everything about was just perfect but I have to highlight one thing and is the customer service 100\10. I don?t know if it was the person that took care of us as clients amber and her husband Rafael) which were the nicest people with us. I felt so comfortable and like home. I?m usually really picky and don?t like to go to restaurants because I?m not attended good, but I?m definitely coming back. I?ve tried other restaurants that have top food but the customer service just makes the food taste wayyyyyy better.
We came to Sat about 1645 and there were about 20 minutes waiting, not bad. The food and the service were great, the bread was probably the worst I ever had in a restaurant and how left over microwaves from S*m 's C**b tasted. The tab was suitable for 4 people and when we left, the parking lot was filled with people waiting to come in. Our overall experience gets an A and we will definitely be back!
We celebrated our 9th anniversary, where we met first. The food was extraordinary together with the young lady who served us. We had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and my husband had Chicken Parmigiana, which was a little sweet. But it was a lot of food where you won?t home hungry definitely. Thanks for making our night unforgettable Giannas?
The food was amazing, but overall our favorite part was the way we were received and felt so welcome by the staff, especially by Amber and Rafael. Amber always let us laugh and she would always make sure we're okay. By far one of our favorite restaurants. This really shows that the big customer service makes the difference.
