New management is amazing!!! I've been here for two years and the customer service was nothing less than fantastic Tyler really improved the store of what he was. I am very excited to finally have a place in the food dish that sells breakfast dishes and some healthy snack options. I may be the only daily Decaf espresso customer, but they always make sure that don't mess. I recommend the white chocolate caramel cookie cooler if you need a frozen drink to try.

Nice place to enjoy your coffee..I enjoyed my Double Chocolate Eclair Latte here. Customer service is amazing and the staff is super helpful. My girlfriend accidentally spilled her latte and they offered a fresh free latte as a nice gesture. Love Gloria Jeans Coffee!!! KEEP IT UP, DONT KEEP IT DOWN

New management is fantastic, service is excellent, and there is really no need to comment on the products. Quite simply the best coffee shop in the USA currently. The coconut flavor cooler is from this world. 5 stars for service, cleanliness of the shop and of course coffee

Best coffee shop where I was. Very friendly and quick service. Very delicious drinks. Definitely recommend! Try the white chocolate caramel cookie cooler. This is my favorite!
