"Thursday night at El Topo is one of my favorite in Sydney! Reggae music, nice drinks, environment is cool and entertaining, love it! Only pity is that close at 1am but deserve to be tried anyway for sure."

Not normally one to name and shame however when you get physically assaulted El Topo Basement by the manager + they offer you a food and beverage voucher ( as there is "nothing more they can do about it" - NOT AN APAOLOGY FROM THE MAN THAT DID IT! the fact they condone this alpha male testosterone behaviour is a sick joke ) so you can come in and eat while the man that assaulted you is getting paid to watch you on security cameras that don't work? i have never felt more unsafe, insulted and sick. I hope your wife/ daughters/ friends never have to feel like the street dog i did that night + become a victim of violence. Security and managment are meant to protect you, not kick you in the back...
I am extremely disappointed in the behaviour of lady at the door brunette hair and wears glasses. Was treated with disrespect and to make matters worse security acted as if they were management and after the situation was spoken about he said he owned the bar/club. I asked for my refund and left, there was no point arguing, by standers 5 meters away laughed and shook their heads at your staff as I was sober and being polite. The security guard tried to make me annoyed and insinuated i was being agressive, however it didn't work as i was sober. I am a business owner myself and have staff and as an owner happy to chat and give more feedback. I will never being recommending this venue to client...
Estou muito desapontado com o comportamento da senhora no cabelo moreno da porta e usa óculos. Foi tratado com interrupção para piorar como se fossem a gestão, e depois de falar, ele disse que disse que tinha o bar / clube. Eu pedi meu reembolso e à esquerda, não havia sentido que as barracas longe das áreas de 5 metros riram e balancei a cabeça em sua equipe quando eu estava sóbrio e educado. O guarda de segurança tentou me tornar irritante e usado, eu era agressivo, mas não funcionou quando eu estava sóbrio. Eu sou um proprietário corporativo e tenho funcionários e como proprietários felizes, conversar e dar mais feedback. Eu nunca vou recomendar este local para clientes / amigos / familia...
