One day you're asking for a sardine toast... and it's spectacular... another mediocre day. a perfect homemade tomato jam... or very sweet. others a great goat cheese... either doesn't have or like today it looks like breadcrumb. The octopus tosta. It's a shame. You don't know what's gonna be waiting for you that day. It's a matter of the cook I have that day. on Tuesday, May 10, spectacular, today Friday May 13th... very best.
