Hanlans Bar Grand Chancellor Hotel

Our last stay on the Gold Coast we went and had a seafood buffet for dinner, i was great freash seafood and a variety of different yummy foods and my son loved everything he tried.The customer service was great and we when we were seated throughout the night staff were very attentive ,we also came back for breakfast, again good food and service and their coffee was good .

Dinner at this restaurant, a buffet dinner that served relatively oysters, muscle and big tiger prawns, wide spread of salads and deserts; and other Oriental foodies like curry chicken, BBQ “Char Siew”, steam broccoli, carrots and sweat corns, roasted beef with black sauce and bread....All well and great

My family had breakfast here during our stay at the Novotel Hotel. Decor is outdated and customer service non existent. Good variety include hot and cold breakfast options, baked goods which were fresh, deli section with salamis and cheeses and 3juice options. Overall good food.

Rooms abit outdated, staff tried to be accommodating, must of been very busy asked for bucket with ice for Champers still waiting. Breakfast and dinner amazing.

The Seafood Buffet at Hanlans at $59 has a great variety and is value for money. Staff very friendly had a good overall experience.
