First time at this location for brunch. A group of 4 with an hour wait was a tad bit tough since reservations can’t be made, but It’s a vibe and the wait is worth it. The menu options are plenty, BYOB, but also interesting drink options to choose from when it comes to coffee, teas, juices, etc. One of the menu items was sold out by the time we were seated. Which was a bummer since two out of the 4 of us wanted the meal. Our waitress Kait was very attentive, by checking in several times and assuring that our bottles remained chilled and cups filled. We were one of two tables remaining before closing. We were not rushed and one unique thing that stood out was how the staff was meeting to regro...

Gabriella our server was awesome! She was nice, friendly, professional and efficient! Everything was so delicious! I ordered the Chicken Scoop/ fried chicken breast on top of a tender waffle and topped with a sunny side egg and absolutely delicious bacon jam and a side of berries! My husband had the Farmers Platter and my daughter had the Lox Benedict! Coffee and cappuccino were delicious too! The wait was supposed to be 40 minutes but we only waited 15 minutes. The food came out fast and was fresh and hot! Great ambience! For the three of us to dine in about one hour it was under $100. Now it’s one of my favorite places for brunch! Thank Hatch 44! Such a great place to dine!!!!

The Birria Grilled Cheese is a genius idea each bite is mouth wateringly delicious! If you're a coffee lover like me then the Coffee Cream Toast is out of this world Such a great place for brunch dates, girls brunch, celebrations more! Our waitress Jasmine was so sweet hospitable. She recommended some amazing dishes took care of us with such Grace. i Got a chance to Meet Andrea the owner she was the sweetest loved learning more about the business. Can't wait to come back again!

The service and atmosphere is really nice, warm and welcoming. I have been a customer of this restaurant for a couple of years now. This was our second time at their new location in Metuchen, we felt that the food taste has gone down a bit. The quality is still there but the flavor is failing to pack a punch like before :

Just amazing..... food, ambience, service...all top notch. Lots of Vegetarian n vegan options which are rare to find specially in breakfast. Prices are very reasonable. Our server, Daniel D, is an amazing host. Helped us with food n reservations. People like him makes the visit worthwhile.
