This is a mainstay for my wife and I. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the workers tonight. I called in an order and there was some confusion, they thought I ordered 1 entre, but I ordered 2. It seemed like they were training a new guy on the register, but he and his coworkers wasted no time correcting the issue. There was a guy who seemed to be leading the other cooks and he helped me out straight away. I think he showed great management skills and raised the level of great customer service that I have already had from this location. Overall I was very satisfied, and I am glad that this location has some great help. I love this place and I will continue to be a customer.
This place used to be great. Now everything is dirty and sticky. Bathrooms out of order. Doesn’t look like the owners even care anymore. Such a shame. Won’t be going back until it’s overhauled. Hardly anyone was in there when it used to be packed. Oh and my order was wrong but I didn’t say anything. My wife wanted to eat as fast as possible due to how gross the place was. I’ve seen other reviews like mine recently and the owner apologize and say they have made improvements. To what??? It’s awful now. I mean clean the place up at least occasionally.
You ruined my Mom's birthday lunch... you should be ashamed of yourself.We ordered Hibachi Bistro from Doordash at 11:30, and by 12:30 there were no updates on our order, so I called Doordash to cancel, but Doordash told me I couldn't cancel because Hibachi Bistro indicated that they had already started the order. THEN AT 1:00 HIBACHI BISTRO CANCLED THE ORDER ENTIRELY.I feel so bad for my Mom... she just wanted to get her favorite Hibachi place for lunch on her birthday, and now after how Hibachi Bistro did her I'm not sure she'll ever go back.
This restaurant was unsanitary, restrooms were disgusting; very limited to access. Staff was friendly and polite. They were very unstaffed, and the food was NOT worth the wait. My entire table 's food took 40 minutes in total. Although the sushi was fresh, it was not that great. Shrimp was overcooked. The people at my table described the shrimp as rubbery. The chicken was over cooked, with the flavour nonexistent whatsoever. They had additionally added too much pepper to the hibachi chicken.
