We received excellent, traditional service from the staff. They held the door open for us and promptly found us a table, and the service was impressively quick. The atmosphere of the entire place is delightful, complete with low beamed ceilings and charming decor. Now, let’s talk about the food... Oh my goodness!!! It is incredibly delicious and fresh, and absolutely worth the price, which is reasonable compared to other establishments. To put it simply, we ordered a large pot of tea, a large coffee, and two scones with cream and jam, and it cost about what I would typically pay for just two mediocre coffees from a well-known chain. What a hidden gem! I truly wish we had discovered this place earlier. The menu is fantastic, the pastries are delightful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. You don't realize just how spacious the venue is—there's even a dedicated room for brass rubbing! The interior is beautifully designed, and the food counter is quite impressive. They offer a wonderful selection, including artisan sausage rolls. I highly recommend this spot, and I will definitely return when I'm back in Stratford!

A charming little tea room located in the center of Stratford-Upon-Avon's high street. I had the quiche Lorraine along with a fruit scone topped with clotted cream and jam, which I enjoyed with a delightful pot of cream tea. The staff at Hobsons were very friendly and accommodating. You place your order at the counter, and then it is brought to your table. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.

The standout star of the terrace is definitely the jumbo scone. I have to say, this is something you absolutely must try—it's incredibly delicious and visually appealing. The variety of baked goods is so tempting, and you definitely shouldn't miss out on the dip that accompanies it.
