Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

So my family and I wanted to go to dinner , we chose to go to hook and reel and which truly was a mistake . We called in advance to get reservation , we had a waitress with very poor customer service . Our bill was all over the place and not taken care of correctly and cards were overcharged when specific instructions were given , I also got another family member a meal to go , which was supposed to be a chicken sandwich I seen online but I was given a bun sauce stuffed with lettuce and a chicken tender and one on the side . The wait was not long Seated immediately after entering. Hospitable staff, especially Shelby the Assistant Mgr. and my server Nakya . Impressed that I did not wait long for appetizer and entree.,The new dish, Cajun Seafood Fried Rice was a creative dish. I expected to taste soy sauce and more Cajun seasoning, however. I wore the right outfit for the large portion size. Nice atmosphere. Will try the seafood boil on my next visit. Now for the FREE key lime pie slice.,??

I was there last night with my family. Everyone enjoyed their food. My husband said that?s the best crab cakes he ever had. The kids meal is a nice portion and my daughter finished it all! We also have seafood boil with house special sauce. The snow crab legs were huge and fresh and so delicious. The Hook Punch is awesome. The atmosphere is greenery and beautiful. Overall 10 out of 10.. definitely worth the price and will be back soon.

This is my first time in Maryland. My friend brought me to Hook and Reel Owings Mills for lunch. I love the vibe immediately. The crab bites was the best. I strongly recommend the hook and reel margarita drink to those cocktail lovers. Can?t wait to go back with my family in summer vacation.

Ivan was amazing and very charismatic and full of enthusiasm. definitely should have more people like him in this world. the food was fresh and seasoned so well. the happy hour menu is lit as well. We had the margaritas which are $5 without flavor $6 with flavor.
