Houlihan's - Reservar uma mesa

today for lunch. we had a rather large group (9 a baby) and when we told the hostess, she sighed loudly and said: we see if we can fit them. the restaurant was almost empty! She then spoke with a bartender and she glared with us while she turned out where they put us. our server was in order, nice enough, but the escape lasted forever to get to the table. we ordered appetizers and soup/salat, but 45 minutes is still a long time to wait, especially with a hungry 1 year old. eating was delicious as always, which is the only reason I come back. every time I've been there, the staff acts like their customers are a big incentive, instead of guests. there are others...read more

we came to houlihans today. the restaurant was not so busy. the hostess was on the phone (if it were business) she then asked for a strange wise. I can help them that we obviously waited for it. After she had set us, the waitress came and imagined and asked for our drink order. when she returned with our drinks, I said that I would like the hamburger on a pulpit. they gave me an empty star and said they didn't have any Brezel bubbles. I said I worked with a girl in my office in the same building that eats there about 3 times a week and she always gets that sandwich. Essen=gut...Service=not I must agree that eating was good. but the service was laughing. I have a small child and was eaten from a high chair with large visible pieces of another day. ewe! They said it was because we were out there....? will it really eat like that? my server wasn't boring to be there, and made sure we made our experience more beautiful. but again I love their terrace and eating was good, for us, as long as we don't need entertainment, we will return:

Why would you turn the people away? there was nobody. I said we need a reservation and there was no one. guessing our money will be better spent somewhere. we will not come back.

Great ribs and good service along with a nice patio makes for a great all around restarunt
