House of Brews - Reservar uma mesa

Popped in here after a dinner reservation and was tempted to try one of the many many beers on tap. But we ended up settling on a cocktail each. Brewspresso Martini Espresso Martini on some adrenalin filled rage. Slipped down our throats real easy and...it came with a little ramekin of dried ice that set the scene for the oncoming tasting. Platform 9 3/4. These cocktails were all about the presentation and delivery as well as tasting fantastic. When you get a Ferrero Rocher modelled to look like a Golden Snitch with an actual backdrop tray with a shopping trolley and a wall at Kings Cross Station I knew I was on to a winner! Walked past here on saturday night and decided to stop in for some food and drinks and we werent disappointed. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was definitely loud! (if you like to easily hear each other speak, this may not...be the best place for you) We orderd a share plate and it was massive for two people, but super yummy. The drinks menu was pretty awesome, and the cocktails were amazing. The pricing was reasonable and over all Im really glad we chose to eat here. I would definitely recommend House of Brews for a meal in surfers

Went here for drinks with some friends, they took our order, then told us the bar was closing, it was 10pm. Website says they close at midnight. Staff then started packing up tables around us, lights came up…they were clearly shutting down…would have been nice...to be told on entry that they were closing instead of taking our money and expecting us to neck $20 cocktails in 5 minutes. Wouldn’t go back.

I was staying nearby and called in for a few happy hour beers. The selection for happy hour is limited but I had a few Big Head Burleigh Heads Lager which is a no carb beer. Its actually a nice beer. I sat at the...bar and enjoyed watching the staff make their fancy cocktails. There is seating at the bar inside or alfresco. They great a reasonable crowd at this venue.
