Hudson Ale Works - Reservar uma mesa

I visited hudson ale works on Saturday afternoon when they opened. I visited the Poughkeepsie area for the day so I could cycle the rail trail. I thought it would be fun to stop and visit some of the crooks on my return trip. first stop of the day: hudson ale works. I ordered a taste flight of the four different ipas that they had on the hook. my favorite was her hazy boi mango', a new england ipa with mango added. I heard they had excellent brunch food, but I was informed that the hired, who was normally preparing brunch, had gone for the weekend. Stopped in for lunch while biking the Walkway Over the Hudson. Had the Coconut Vanilla Stout and the Highland Helles. Both delicious on a very hot day. Also had 3 House-smoked brisket tacos. Outstanding. My wife had a delicious root beer, very different, crisp and refreshing. Also a huge serving of tasty nachos with shredded chicken, sour cream and jalapeños. Everything was delicious, service was excellent and the restaurant was extremely clean. So good?

Did not fall in love with most of the beers here but I did really enjoy the sour on tap. Very reasonably priced beer flights 8 I believe) and the pretzel we ordered was very very delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Few picnic tables out front. Especially of note was the super sweet, huge indoor space. The loading dock in the back is perfect for big groups in the colder weather season and we will definitely be back to take advantage!

So happy we stopped in! The food was amazing and the selection of drinks included something for everyone. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be coming again when we're back in the area!

This was a great place to stop after walking the Hudson bridge. The drinks were good and the appetizers were delicious. Everything was fresh. Plenty of space for social distancing!
