Both my son and I stopped in for lunch, having never been before. It was the day before the 4th of July, around 4:30, and we were the only ones there for a while. The service was pretty laid back, atmosphere was fit for a BBQ joint and the food was incredible! My son had a pulled pork sandwich with the smashed potatoes. I went for a bit more ordering the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with a side of jambalaya, a smoked sweet potato and corn bread. There was enough for to have plenty left over. The meats had a great smokey flavor but certainly not dried out. The brisket and ribs were amazing. Great place to eat and relax. The owner is very involved with the business and friendly. I’m very picky when it comes to the tenderness and moisture in my meats. Everything was tender, not a dry bit, and the flavor was superb. I will be coming back and trying more!

Absolutely outstanding. As a guy from Alabama who recently moved to the North, I've been having an extremely hard time finding good barbecue here. This right here is Southern Style Barbecue. You won't find better this side of the states.

Stopped by on our way through town. Tried the brisket burnt ends and the pork belly. Both exceptional. Drinks were great and we brought steak tips home.

Food is delicious, meat is moist and juicy.great barbecue. Like it better than goody coles.
