This restaurant serves excellent, authentic ramen with a great selection of broths, including Tonkotsu and Paitan. The super spicy option is a real flavor explosion! The noodles are medium-thick and curly, cooked to perfection with a delightful al dente texture. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options. I highly recommend trying the chicken karaage—it's the best I've ever tasted!

Update: I visited again in May 2022, and it was just as good. I believe the broth has improved since my last visit. I had a wonderful time with friends, the environment was very clean, and the food was still delicious. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a ramen fix and other treats. They also offer great octopus appetizers!

I rarely write reviews, but this ramen place in Long Island is a real gem. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food is delicious, especially the ramen. There's plenty of parking available, so you don't have to trek into busy Flushing to enjoy great food.

The service was excellent. However, I cannot recommend the crispy chicken katsu; it was too thin and served cold. Everything else on the menu was decent given the prices, though.

The food and service were outstanding! I will definitely return. The Spicy Tonkotsu was delicious, and the chashu was tender and flavorful!
