Itto Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

I took my husband here for the omakase, and I'll be honest, I didn't think it was going to be worth the price. However, I was extremely surprised by how amazing the experience was. The sushi was some of the best I've had, and my husband and I have been to Japan twice. The omakase felt very personal as the chef explained every dish to us. It was the most authentic sushi experience I've had in the U.S. as many of the high end sushi places I've been tend to lean more fusion. The value for what you get is fantastic. We will definitely revisit the omakase again for any special occasion.

This place got me to try (AND LIKE!! sushi. Great portions, and the Bento box is always a good move if you're indecisive but want a little of everything. The firebird is a great way to get introduced to sushi and if you're lucky to sit at the bar you can see them make the rolls live. I've been going to Itto for years and so many things keep pulling me back! Both locations are great and glad the Midvale location expanded. 10/10 recommend to everyone Options for everyone

It’s good sushi that imo caters to the average joe or family. I like their unique compositions and think the happy hour is a great opportunity to try different rolls out. The service is quick and usually friendly. It’s easy for a couple to get a full meal here, with saki or dessert, and not break $50 with tip. Pretty hard to find with sushi places.

Great place they even explained were the fish came from and when it was caught. This is the best sushi in utah hands down.

Great food! Love getting greeted by the staff when entering the restaurant. Friendly waiters/waitresses. Great prices.
