Jack In The Box - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered a bacon double patty melt sourdough I ended up getting just a regular sourdough Jack the person who is at the window was extremely not customer service at all it was ridiculous there are drive-thru line wasn't even that long and whoever was inside as a management had them close the doors so that they couldn't let anybody else in which is ridiculous since you weren't that busy in the first place and when I told them that my meal was wrong I didn't even get an apology or anything... Horrible customer service..

they need to clean their toilets that they need to clean their glass on the filiale and in any case give their there area a sanitary or a white one down a little refuted, except that their food and fresh game on point hamburger and fön fries taste great, they should be a little more proud and disinfection and mopping and make everything smell good and I come back and give that five star rating.

They say that they are protecting their employees from COVID and that's why they keep their doors closed. Drive through only. Well, I'm protecting myself from COVID too, and I'm not eating food without washing my hands first.You don't get my business by treating customers like garbage.

Ordered 2 items, one correct.Ordered onion rings and was given chicken strips.Very disappointed but no time to go in and wait for them to correct THEIR mistake.
