Jack's Tap - Reservar uma mesa

We have heard great things about this place, but our experience was not what we have heard. We went on a Saturday night at 6:00, and all the employees looked at us, but nobody greeted us. We stood in front of the front door for a few minutes and then stopped a bartender and ask if we sit down. Yes, wherever you like, she answered. A table had a reserved sign, a table was dirty, and 2 tables had only one person sitting alone on a 6 above. The rest was full. We waited around, the waiting staff didn't clean the table and told us nothing more. So we went out and they lost the service for incessant employees.

I was here a handful of times, especially for group meetings in the back terrace (which is amazing, especially on beautiful days where there is a breeze). Your food is always delicious and the staff is great. Food: 5/5

Great tacos, burgers, also a wide assortment of other food choices. Great prices too. Friendly staff. Love the awesome room with the windows all around that roll open to let the breeze in. Very nice.

Eating was ok...pretty decent for bar, but overly seasoned or carved out on my ribeye took only a little away from the fact, it was a perfect med rare. Food: 4/5
