Jake's Pizza - Reservar mesa

I requested that my pizza not be cut, but unfortunately, it was. While I understand that mistakes happen in a busy restaurant, my experience took a turn for the worse when I called to report the issue. I was trying to order another pizza and was willing to pay for it, but the manager told me I couldn't place another order and hung up on me—three times! This was my first and last visit to this place. I had chosen this restaurant because I was ordering with a group of long-time customers, and now they plan to stop coming here, too. I've had better pizza and service at Gianni's and Grand Stand.

I had been ordering from this restaurant for five years, but today was unfortunately my last visit. We ordered a 16-inch pizza and specifically requested that it not be cut. However, when we received it, we discovered that it was cut anyway. We called to explain the situation, but the staff responded with terrible attitudes and kept hanging up on us. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They didn't even offer to replace the pizza or issue a refund. I cannot recommend this place anymore; there are much better options available nearby.

First time ordering, will be the last. It was edible, don’t get me wrong, but was it flavorful and out of this world, absolutely not. The pizza was very very bland, not much taste to it at all, the sauce had no flavor, only thing you tasted was the cheese and that was a stretch. In my opinion this is a hard pass. Gave them a shot due to Facebook group recommending them, no deal in my book. Hard pass.

This is undoubtedly the best and most consistently delicious thin crust pizza in town. The quality of their pizza is always outstanding! They offer reasonable prices, and the service is consistently excellent. As a family-owned business, they stand out in a town full of pizza choices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
