it was not said when I ordered my sandwich that contains capicola that this place was from capicola. while waiting for my sandwich, I noticed a sign that was said exactly. So I asked if the sign was perhaps old and not yet taken off. the answer I got was that we have it now, but I open it now and have no sandwich on it. looks like the workers here were concerned about their personal entertainment, then they were with the support of the customers. space was also empty, not a customer in the shop next to me. I should have taken that as a sign. will not return.

Always consistently fresh and delicious. If you want a top rate cold sub, Jimmy Johns simply can't be beaten. They are my favorite go to for an always amazing cold sub. The Italian and the turkey are my two favorites!

The sandwiches I have gotten are good. A few of the employees are not so much. Bad attitudes not providing decent customer service can really hurt sales.

This place is freaky fast and they have real tuna fish unlike the other places that take a half hour to make your sub.

the load was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. they practice social distancing. that was great.
