Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

I dined at this restaurant today and the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered takeout and when I got home, I realized that one item was missing. I had to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up, but the staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. When I finally got home again, I discovered that the burgers I received were not the ones I had ordered. They were just standard burgers without any sauce. Additionally, the dips were missing, the beans were dry and old, and everything was cold by the time we sat down to eat. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory meal and definitely not worth recommending.

Visited KFC in Aberdeen Union Street. Ordered from the touch screen panel. After order it asked for table number and stated your order complete and would be brought to table. After waiting 1/2 hour we went to the counter to ask where our meal was and the counter staff said it been sitting here and we have been calling out order number. We explained that we requested table service at order and it was meant to be brought to table. Staff didn't seem to give a hoot and handed over order which was now a little cold. I love KFC food but will not be coming back to this outlet.

Had lunch here but when it arrived the popcorn chicken was cold and and so where the fries do staff actually cook the chicken to the right temperature. And fries not salted like McDonald’s has and too much ice in drinks this waters down the drink not going back

Wanting something different for dinner we decided to go for chicken from The KFC very tasty and finger liking good but it must be my lack of communicating skills I asked for no legs in my bucket and when home found three other wise tasty.

Got shouted at and misgendered when I used the female toilets here. Staff repeatedly shouted “SIR” at me in front of a full restaurant. Very degrading and embarrassing
