Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

this kfc must be honestly the worse that was ever before. I have come to this place since the only one in my local area, and I hate it honestly, every time I or my family order from here they always somehow mess up the order, sometimes small things like 1 less order of riders to whole mealtimes and combos leaving, although it was ordered in person or online. that has been happening for years and is honest and very surprised that they still make this mistake, it is absolutely ridiculous at this point, I will, honestly to God, never come to this place again

I just had the MOST DISGUSTING OLD NASTY HARD CHICKEN, CORN AND BISCUITS FROM THE KFC ON NORTH PLANK ROAD, NEWBURGH, NY 12550. The DEPT OF HEALTH SHOULD SHUT THEN DOWN FOREVER FOR SERVING OLD FOOD THAT WAS SO OLD AND UNEDIBLE!! Trust Me and DON’T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR THAT TASTES AND LOOKS LIKE IT’S BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR DAYS!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE ANY KFC ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH AFTER THE DISGRACE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! They DESERVE TO CLOSE PERMANENTLY FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY FOR FINANCIAL GAIN !!

Went through the drive thru and they had me pull over and wait for my food. Was sitting there for 20 minutes until the guy said you're still here??.. I gave you your food. Then he said he had to go remake it. I went inside to wait so they wouldnt give it to the wrong person again and then the manager started cursing at everyone when they found out what happened.

They literally said they have no chicken prepared. It'd be 25 minutes before it'd be ready. That defeats the purpose of a fast food restaurant.

Order is never right and extremely slow! Ordered a chicken pot pie and it came with no filling .
