Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

I visited a restaurant on Carlyle Ave in Belleville, Illinois on a Saturday night at 5:30 pm. I spent $15 there and asked for dipping sauce, but the teenage employees ignored my request for the third time. I don't understand what is wrong with the workers there. They act like dipping sauces come out of their own pockets. Maybe they should hire people who actually do their job properly. The management really needs to improve their customer service and hire better staff. It was frustrating to be ignored and I hope they can improve their drive-thru service.

I continue to visit KFC for their Nashville chicken. I appreciate being able to order any type of chicken and request the Nashville hot upgrade for a little extra money. They generously put the sauce on everything. Another great thing about this place is that, despite driving a tall truck for work, I am able to come into the lobby to order and wait for my food, even during the Covid pandemic. Not many places allow this, especially since many drive-thrus are too short for vehicles over 9 feet tall.

I ordered through a mobile app and picked up my food in the drive-thru. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately we were missing a drink and a piece of chicken. I went back through the drive-thru and they apologized and gave me the missing items. However, when I got home and started to eat, I found that all the drinks tasted like carbonated water with no flavor. Despite these issues, the chicken was still good.

The KFC located on Carlyle Ave has recently come under new management. Customers who may have had a negative experience in the past are encouraged to give the restaurant another try and see the improvements that have been made.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken pot pie at KFC. It was a great option for a lighter meal.
