Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

I had company in town last weekend. After a long day of school activities I made an order on the KFC app to pick up some food in half an hour. When I showed up to pick up the food, the restaurant had the lights off and looked closed even though theywere supposed to be open another hour. I called the store and they said they didn't have the food and canceled the order. Ihad already paid and they said it would be refunded. After a week and speaking to a manager I finally called the hotline forthe app and was told the order had never been canceled, the store couldn't have offered the refund and they were veryapologetic. Most condescending and least customer centric service. The GM Cory was remarkably rude to my aunt after forgetting to give us some of our order, so we split 4 pieces between numerous people. She went back with a receipt and was ridiculed and laughed at.Yes, this is a fast food joint, but this is gross and disappointing. The franchise is in trouble if this is a trend. Update: Weappreciate that. We were ultimately not given a major component of our order, and some of the staff behaved like preteenbullies. If my family (Diane) chooses to go back, I hope she gets an apology and comped order. Thank you.

Kids who work here need to learn how to count. I paid for a three piece combo and received two.. This place needs to be shut down. I don't think there is a fast food place in the St. Louis region with as low of a rating as this KFC. It's a reflection ofthe owner who is franchising here. Fast food isn't hard to make.

Always short staffed. Mess up orders a lot. Never have the damn pot pie. Been going here for 7 years. Nothing has changed. Only reason I keep going back is it's local.

You all... listen... we ordered a day before picking up in the app what was Easter. They had everything ready to go, fresh, hot and good! Highland KFC is super!
